10 Simple Principles of Happiness that will help you to be more happy .
      
1. Stop pitying yourself . Pity is the worst feeling about one's self. Everything is destroyed, given that you feel defenseless. Stop being a victim, stop being sorry, and be happy .
 
2. Be thankful. The modern world is full of vanity, and we are rarely thankful for the good it gives us. Just think about everything you are thankful for right now. family, health, etc. Thank you every day and be happy .
  
3. Often say "yes". We often say "no". Try to say "yes" more often to all life events. Say "yes" to emotions, situations, social events and be happy .

4. Learn to skip. Emotions often hinder us from feeling happy and free. Remember that your emotions are not you. Let go of the passing emotions by asking you a question: "Can I skip this situation?" Do it and you will be happy .

5. Happiness is only possible now. Most of us spend our lives being where they are, but not in the "present". We are stuck in our past or our future plans, when in reality there is only the present. Make a decision to be happy TODAY .
 
6. Be more communicative. Studies show that the happiest and most successful people have a wide range of communication. How many friends do you have? Be enterprising, make new relationships, make new friends and become happy .

7. Love more. The more you love, the happier you are. Try to give more love to everything around you. friends, family, nature and even enemies. Open your heart, give them love and you will be happy .
 
8. Accept the reality as it is. Most of us waste time on struggling with what “exists”. We struggle with our own emotions, causing anger and anger within us. Now accept everything as it is. Change the situation if you can, but first accept it and be happy .

9. Enjoy Little Joys True happiness can be found in little joys and daily pursuits. Start with a daily walk. Enjoy it.

10. Laugh, dance, and smile. Laugh at the hardships of your life. Surround yourself with happiness, beautiful music, dance, and evenings with friends. Smile and be happy .
