There is a great demand for a successful leader in the business world, but let's look at the common mistakes of failed managers.
1. Inability to predict details. The successful leader must delve into all the details related to his work. Undoubtedly, this implies his ability to use the service of his subordinates.
2. In the job version. A true leader is capable of doing any, even the most disrespectful, job. he is ready to replace each of his employees.
3. Waiting for evaluation only because he is the leader. All over the world, they are paid not for positions or knowledge, but for their use.
4. Fear of competition with followers. The leader who is afraid of competing with his teammates is actually behind the championship. A talented and courageous manager trains his employees so that each of them can replace him at any time. The more skilled the employee, the greater the authority of the manager.

9. Sovereignty. An effective leader cannot be sovereign. Instead of agreeing, the leader who abuses his power turns to the government.
10. Title-loving. The real leader is modest. He leads a modest business life and is not proud of his position.
